If you are a member of the club and you have qualified as a Private Pilot, we will ensure you can keep flying until you decide what the best long term option is for you. Hiring the clubs aircraft is not generally the most cost effective way of flying, however it will ensure that you can build your hours and confidence in an aircraft you are familiar with.

 

As you will have experienced during your course the clubs aircraft are generally busy Friday, Saturday and Sunday and we would like to ensure that access to students remains quite flexible. In this regard the hiring of the aircraft is by prior agreement with the club.

 

The hourly cost to hire the aircraft is £168.00 payable in advance. If your trip (brakes off to brakes on) extends past this time additional charges in increments of 5 minutes will apply.
